In cases where the application is rejected, the answer given is found insufficient or the application is not responded to in due time; the relevant person reserves the right to file a complaint to the Board within thirty days from the date of learning the answer of our Company and in any case within sixty days from the date of application. Pursuant to Article 14/2 of the LPPD, a complaint cannot be filed to the Board without exhausting the application to our Company, which is the data controller. Those whose personal rights are violated reserve the right to compensation according to general provisions.
